What percentage of Irish citizens are more fluent in Irish
i mean, this is a hollow token from the EU to Ireland. one that doesnt really help to fix any real difficulties,
Great for Ireland.
Is Irish widely spoken in Northern Ireland?
It’s not that weird in Greece, it being heavy with tourism anf all.
It’s not unexpected for Greece because of Teleperformance and customer support centers.
Imagine how much money you are going to make right now if you are fluent in Irish, English, French and German and work for the EU
I learnt wrong foreign languages
Sounds like a good job doing fuck all most of the time then
That’s cool. But why though? Barely anyone ireland even speaks it.
While I’m fluent, I know I don’t have the capabilities of translating technical and legal documents. Nice cushy job for someone though
As someone who was raised with both English and Irish I really like this. Everyone else has the option to use their own language even if they know how to speak English, why should we be any different?
