I am trying to return a gadget with a built in battery via [Parcel2Go](https://Parcel2Go.com)

I literally can’t use any fecking courier, as products with built in batteries are prohibited on every single one of them, with a warning saying something like: *”If a battery is found, your shipment may be destroyed”.*

So, how do I get this equipment back to Amazon? Amazon Germany if that’s any use.

edit: UPS took it. Ordered collection via their website.

  1. By post u print a label, put it on, bring to post pay and that’s it.

Unless ur sending car battery no one cares. People make this stupid complex, af if your parcel arrives any different way down here.

  2. You need to tell Amazon. Get on their chat service and let them know that couriers wont take it back. They’ll most likely refund without you having to send it back, but if they fight, push back with consumer right to return blah blah.

Is the item defective? Or what reason did you out down for refund, because that may play into it a bit. Not sure though, might be entitled to return within a certain time frame regardless.

  3. You need to courier it so that it’s transported corrected and marked as such. National post services won’t accept anything with a lithium battery.

UPS / DPS / DHL etc will sort you out.

Contact Amazon though, they usually refund without questions.

  4. I sent a switch with an post to the Netherlands. They did not want to take it because of a battery. I than walked to the next post office. Declared it as a birthday gift and it was delivered in Netherlands no problem
