As a Bulgarian, I approve.
Why just charge 0.01€ per kWh? This means that it is still much cheaper for Hungary to buy Russian gas over buying gas from somewhere else. Wit this increase gas in Hungary will still be ~0.04€ cheaper than in the rest of the EU.
