Have you been to Melilla? It has the second largest amount of modernist architecture in Spain only after Barcelona (which is many times larger) and the largest in Africa.

MENA in spain is a very different thing. It means “Menor Extrangero No Acompañado” or unaccompanied foreign minor. This are mostly arab minors that arrive to Spain without their legal tutor, mostly refugees.
