If there isn’t a majority of pro-independence MSPs, does anyone think it’s better for a Labour minority to make concessions to the Tories? Generally, no.
(Looking at how Labour have acted in the past, I think their preference is to make concessions to the Tories, but I don’t think it’s the right thing)
