  1. He should be jailed himself for these threats. He’s responsible for them.

  2. Good, more instances for Smith to point to when Trump says, “I never incited an insurrection, I just said some stuff. They acted on their own….”

  3. There are a lot of people of limited intelligence who think they can salvage their useless lives by performing a simple act for the Orange Dinosaur.

  4. We find out about this right after an extreme right winger shot up a bowling alley. Why do Americans let the extreme right bully them and constantly get away with it?

  5. What a strange coincidence that both the DA and the judge are women.

  6. One might wonder what will happen to democracy if demagogue like Trump can elevate himself above the law by using his mob to threaten whovever that work to bring him to justice for all his crimes.

  7. Jail that ass. I know he can’t be punished for something his follower has done without current prompts to do so, and he can’t literally tell them not to do stuff because they’re just crazy, but he’s got to understand by now that he’s got to do something to show he’s trying to control his base so he’s not seen as the inciting party for these threats. He shows no remorse or willingness to make it right

  8. This should come as a surprise to nobody by now, especially since the courts have declined to do anything about it.

  9. Come on now…..what is going to take..someone to die to shut up this monster?
What are they waiting for… LOCK HIM UP ALREADY!!

  10. I work at a courthouse, we have seen a marked uptick in crazies who are coming in filming us and calling us corrupt in the past couple weeks. Wonder why that is….

  11. Well . . . yeah. That was the intent.

Well actually, now that I think more about it, the *intent* was probably to foment actual violence, but I bet threats are an acceptable alternative for Trump . . .and absolutely every one of the millions who back him.

  12. They’ll get them for life and nothing will happen to Trump

He’s just hoping one of his supporters kill them

  13. What would be the penalty for threatening a judge and DA if it were an ordinary Joe?

“Mafia Don should face consequence. — John Wick

  14. Let this be a reminder to us all that the system would rather risk lives of innocent people doing the right thing than to make an example out of a rich con man, ironically making an example out of everybody else

  15. 🇨🇦 no visiting a country with no law or order .

  16. Throw this mother fucker in jail already. Talk about making America great again, there you go.

  17. He’s dangerous, but that sullen cranky expression is still hilarious. 😂 So petulant. It blows my mind that millions of people actually look up to him.

  18. Lol. I had little faith that anything would happen to this clown, and every day he violates his terms or just doubles and triples down on how weak the Justice system is for wealthy/powerful people. This could have been the trial of the century to make an example that no one is above the law, instead it reminds us “normal” people how little we matter and how little power we have to actually make a change.

  19. Sadly, I don’t believe any judge will have the spine to jail Trump until someone is seriously injured or murdered.

  20. I cannot… CANNOT believe people will go to jail and ruin their future over a guy like Trump.

  21. A normal person goes out of their way to make sure they don’t say anything that might upset people. Trump goes out of his way to try and get people hurt and then files a motion in court stating he shouldn’t be held responsible for others acting on his threats. Like that motion tells us that yes, he knows he’s using inflammatory rhetoric and threatening speech and that’s not only okay, it should be protected, even his idiot supporters start hurting people at his urging. Wait…. What?
