It reminds me of some from a neighboring building, who stored expensive equipment in our building’s basement. Everyone in our building was warned about the yearly cleanup, but since they didn’t live here, they didn’t remove their items on time. Unsurprisingly, their equipment was gone when they finally came to retrieve it.

He put a mannequin under the stairs before he went on a holiday. He came back and completely forgot about it. Now he remembered it and it’s gone, so he put notes out to get it back. He’s sorry for leaving stuff in the public area as he knows that’s a no-no. He says write to the number, but honestly, I would call.
Just an advise. Use Google Lens for translation of notes and signs. It can translate most handwriting as well, and is a great tool for travelers and foreigners.
