  25. Why is he doing this? Because the military reimburses soldiers for travel expenses if they happen to leave the state of their posting to get an abortion. Not reimburse for the abortion, just travel expenses because soldiers don’t have a choice where they are posted. He doesn’t want soldiers to leave his shithole state to have access to medical care elsewhere.
