I only needed a ticket for October and when I went to cancel the subscription yesterday, i mistakenly selected cancel on November 2024 option. What can I do now? The money for November is already deducted and I don’t need the ticket anytime soon. And 49€ is a lot of money for an international student like me.
PS: I’ve already written an email to Deutsche Bahn. What else can I do?

That’s not possible anymore. The Deutschlandticket is only cancellable before the tenth of the previous month. You are way too late to cancel it for November.
