Most russians support the war and this is why russia will continue whatever europe does. So Europe needs to keep supporting Ukraine fully and even much more than it has so far, there is no choice in the whole thing.

Russians care more about a meaningless victory, than hundreds of thousands of their own people being maimed and killed.
I’m sure this polling organisation questioned the least biased Russians they could find. Totally doesn’t sound like a propaganda poll to support Putin’s regime.
Why would anyone trust a poll conducted by Russia? If it went against government doctrine it’s either censored or the people responsible will quickly have to learn how to avoid windows.
These kinds of polls are literal propaganda.

European leaders would gladly surrender Ukrainian land to Russian just to have like 5 or 6 years of relative peace and leave the next war to be dealt by the next generation of politicians.
Still, 1/3 is a shockingly high number for a nation crazed with panslavic and colonial narratives and people possibly afraid of potential repercussions for wrongthink. The loss of men and the economic toll is not being unnoticed.

For real, y’all need to chill. There isn’t a way to make good polls in Russia. A lot of people don’t answer or say what the state says in order to have no problems. Also, changing the numbers in the polls exists.

I’m interested in whether Crimea was included as “captured land” in this poll or not. It’d be interesting to compare “end war, return all land” vs “end war, return to 2015 borders” vs “end war, return to 2009 borders”.

Well first … if you do not believe Russian propaganda, do not believe their statistics as well.
Second … if this is true, it makes sense anyway … look, ordinary Russian knows that if RU wins in Ukraine, nothing will probably change for him at home, but this ordinary Russian also knows that if RU losses in Ukraine, Russia will change drastically for him at home.
