  1. “Queers for Palestine” really going through it right now

  2. This is happening in response to an incident where the partner of a fallen soldier was not recognized.

The IDF spokesman said the next day that they will support every bereaved family “as they are”.

Gallant (defense minister) backed him and said “Our moral obligation towards grieving families is enormous, and we do not discriminate based on religion, race, sexual orientation, or other distinctions.”

  3. It could be passed next week? Man, the Israeli government moves fast when it wants to.

  4. What a lot of people don’t realise is, the IDF is historically the most pro-LGBT military in the world.

  5. Good. Now do it for all lgbt couples. Allow same-sex and interfaith marriages too. That would really piss off the pro-Palestine leftists in Americas.

  6. I wonder what Hamas is doing for the partners of their same sex soldiers 🤔

  7. Meanwhile Hamas bemoaning the loss of the buildings that they toss these partners off of.

  8. >”The Ministry of Defense interprets in practice the Law on the Families of Soldiers Who Died in the Campaign as such that it applies to same-sex couples as well, while examining each case on its own merits,” Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said on October 23.

You know what, all the bad things that come out about Yoav Gallant, I change my mind completely. This is so wholesome that, actually, you know what, Benjamin Netanyahu, you’re one of the good guys too. You officially get a pass.

  9. Human rights are great, but they don’t mean shit if you don’t recognize them for every human.

  10. How progressive. Now make it legal to be able to marry a palestinian (as an Israeli) and live wherever you want….

  11. But remember Isreal bad guys. The terrorists are really the good misunderstood guys

/s, fuck hamas and my gay as is so proud of isreal.

  12. Sounds progressive

Are neighbouring Arab countries the same?

  13. I for one, support the side that doesn’t want to cut my head off
