He wasn’t on trial. Involving him would have helped neither the prosecution or the defence.
He wasn’t brought up because his accusor is quite obviously an unreliable witness, and they didn’t wish to jeopardize their entire trial.
If I was a member of the prosecution team, and everytime I ordered food the delivery driver had a white Fiat Uno, or everytime I ordered an Uber, the car was a white Fiat Uno, I’d get the message
This is peak Guardian right here, wondering why the trial barely mentions him when his case has already been dropped.
Maybe they didn’t want to include Giuffre in their prosecution because at best she is an unreliable witness and at worst a liar.
Because that’s a separate case?
