If your company pays you say 14 an hour and you find out everyone else doing the same job is on 15 an hour , and they have you doing more stuff is this not also theft? They all do it. Legalised theft!

Just becuase the sentence was suspended, doesn’t mean she hasn’t been punished. She’ll never be trusted again and is a convicted criminal for a pretty public case. She’ll probably have to leave the country.
Ah yes the Irish judiciary strike again
To be honest I used to go in quite regularly to chopped and in the one I went to there was these young lads working there. They were very sound and chatty and at first they were giving me 50% off even though I didn’t ask for it which was nice. Then they gave me a wrap for free and because there manager walked in I just took it as I didn’t want to get them in trouble. Next time I felt so awkward because I think they thought I was expecting a free wrap and they tried to give me a free one again, but I forced them to charge me. They were cold with me after that so I stopped going. I’m not sure what they were playing at but I think they def gave out a fair few free sandwiches etc.
It’s a pity they don’t have business insurance or the ability to deduct this loss from taxes. Or, if unscrupulous, both..
