This is great. I disagree with other commenters, just because there is an intention with legislation, it’s never a guarantee.
What we are witnessing here is success, and we should celebrate it.

More fudged figures? more lies? more bad studies? Let’s be very clear, London did not have an air quality issue to start with, we know this from brown car guy doing meter readings on the street. We also know this from the non bias, non corrupt, non bought study that the Mayor tried to suppress. Also that is a BBC article, remember when the Mayor instructed the BBC not to publish any articles unless approved by him? So you should NOT trust this article 1 bit, it’s propaganda.
