That looks pretty normal for me. The only problem is that no appointments are available at that moment (COVID-19?) which could happen to every system.
Why you dont use your time to clean your laptop?

The best you can do is get the Certificado Electrónico at Oficina General de la Seguridad Social, once you install it on your computer you won’t need to go anywhere, all can be done online.
Because those webs have to work in Internet Explorer
Because a lot of things in Spain are a mess, such as that one.
