This includes rehiring the same appraiser over a year after trying to hide the results at least once, and Eric signed off on all of it.
By doing so, they could inflate Trump’s networth at will, or misrepresent it for tax purposes. I believe the former is the main goal in the case of Eric’s work here, but either way it shows the intent has always been fraud of the absolute highest level, to all parties involved outside the org.
Michael Cohen’s prior testimony also shows Donald would have direct intent and give orders about this kind of manipulation. A good quote on that was Trump saying he “really felt more like he was worth 6 billion”, rather than 4.5, as an indirect way to say to cook the books.

The judge has already ruled that daddy wasn’t credible and then fined him $10k for violating the gag order. I’d bet when the judge makes the final ruling in this case, he’ll say the kids aren’t credible either.
