  1. Eric Trump got a little testy on the stand Thursday in his father Donald’s fraud trial—moments before he was caught lying about his knowledge regarding his father’s financial statements.

  2. However, when Trump testifies that he doesn’t know who Eric is, that will actually be a true statement.

  3. Given trump’s self-described excellent memory, it’s interesting how often his and his kids’ memories fail in legal proceedings. I wonder if the I-can’t-recalls will exceed the number of times they’ve collectively pled the 5th.

  4. I think we all knew Eric wouldn’t do well, he’s obviously not that bright. No one covering the trial mentioned if he was biting his stubby-ass fingers, which apparently he is wont to do when stressed.

  5. Do they have a special, designated parking area for all buses required during the Trump family’s testimony?

(Or do they keep using the same bus over and over?)

  6. Weisselberg’s getting a good look at the underside of the bus.

  7. The trial concluded for the day with Kise insisting that he had a “right to see” the collected notes from Engoron’s law clerk, because he “had to confirm a lack of bias” or some such.

It does not matter how good a lawyer you are when you come into Trump’s employ. You will leave with the success and talent of Bob Loblaw.

  8. >>”Don Jr. claimed he could not remember the period in 2021 in which he was removed and then reinstated as a trustee of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, couldn’t remember if his father was a trustee, had no idea why his father added himself back as a trustee during his presidency”

Maybe things are different in NY, but these aren’t things that happen without your knowledge. You have to have these documents notarized.

  9. > Eric Trump got a little testy on the stand Thursday

New nickname for the Trump boys, little testies.

  10. What blows me away about this trial and testimony is that none of it denies that there was rampant and obvious fraud. DonJr and Eric aren’t pushing the line that the statements were accurate. They can only say that someone else did it. This judge won’t believe that horse shit for a second.

  11. “The brothers have largely skirted specifics, blaming their faulty memories for the total lapses”

“Trump and Ivanka are set to testify next week, though the heiress is working to appeal Engoron’s ruling that she must participate.”

Really hope these assholes sink to the bottom with their crooked dad. Fuck this family so hard.

  12. Just when you think that Eric couldn’t be any dumber, he goes and does something like this….AND TOTALLY REDEEMS HIMSELF!

  13. I don’t remember whether I remember remembering

  14. Is their strategy to show incompetence? Which might mean fewer penalties than malicious intentional actions?

  15. Eric actually thought the prosecutor didn’t already know the answer to the questions with evidence to back it up? What an idiot.

  16. Tomorrow the stunning news that Eric was adopted and was the mastermind behind all of the Trump Family Crimes will be revealed on Fox and Friends.

  17. Eric looks like one of them Oxygen deprived Mutants from Total Recall

  18. Looking forward to the new Netflix series by Flanagan, Fall of the house of Trump.

  19. At worst, guilty. At best, forgetful morons who are the poster children of nepotism.

  20. The real Uh-Oh is the Jr and Erics representation of a beard. It almost looks like its applied by a makeup artist in training

  21. They forgot that signing a document means you understand everything is acknowledge and you have accepted the consequences if its false.

  22. “Where the fuck is Tiffany?”

    “Who the fuck is Tiffany?”

  23. Shit like this is the reason Conservatives so desperately try to get any gotcha moment on Democrats. They know there are countless examples of them getting caught in a gotcha moment.

  24. >After claiming that he had “never worked” on the Trump Organization’s statement of financial condition” and wasn’t aware of it until the bank fraud trial “came to fruition,” the taller Trump brother admitted he was in fact aware of them dating as far back as 2013.

The *taller Trump brother*? Really? That’s how you want to describe him when so many other adjectives are within easy reach? Weird.

  25. Imagine having MBAs and running a multimillion $$ company, and not being able to describe what GAAP is. That’s these two trustfund babies

  26. I don’t even know who’s supposed to be the dumb one anymore

  27. Straight out of The Wolf of Wallstreet. This family really is like watching a real life cartoon.

  28. So bottom line is that the supposed “success” of their company is wholly and completely totally someone else’s responsibility since all of them are completely unaware

  29. The Trumps are business geniuses that have no idea what is going on in their businesses.

  30. Calling ‘Vanka an “heiress” at this point is laughably absurd.
She doesn’t want to inherit the NAME now.
That’s why she’s taken her husband’s surname recently.
Inherit what? Debt. Mountains of debt?
I derive entirely too much pleasure out of the downfall of this family. But keep it coming!
