I think this is a result of the golden visa thing. We got high income individuals including criminals coming in and now there are turf wars. That said, I’m not too worried, I remember there was a shooting in Ayia Napa when I was a kid. As long as it’s not a continuous thing…

Where there are a lot of tourists there are a lot of drugs as well. And where there are drugs, there are criminals.
As long as you’re not involved there’s nothing to worry about. We locals love a good mafia story.
Not really because most cypriots are armed so unlless you are a prime target you aint getting hurt
