Anyone had an experience with applying Bildungsgutschein before?
In the picture attached is a conversation with my personal recruiter from Arbeitsagentur. She said, you need to be explicitly present all the time, 5 days a week? in the local course provider, although the course is provided 100% online. Even the course provider has said that it is completely okay for me to do it via home-office.
Is that normal?
