I mean he probably did but at this stage I’d leave the guy alone. Would say the same for a shit player btw. 10 months ban plus rehabilitation for his addiction seems fair enough to me.
Obviously the FA have to do it but if they do take action after then it’ll probably be an extra month or two ban. Especially when you look at the number of years Toney was betting but only got banned for 8 months
