  4. Misleading article title. “Israel refuses cease fire while hundreds of hostages are still being held by Hamas” is the correct title.

    I’m not agreeing with Israel on this one, I’m just going for accuracy here. They said they won’t stop attacking Hamas until they get their women and children back that Hamas stole. I’m horrified by the number of innocent deaths, but I see why it’s tough to pause at this point when Hamas is still holding all those people.

  5. And this is why I say people who want Biden to call for a ceasefire are only going to be told what they want to hear.

    If we called for it, would Israel listen?

    If we called for it, will people who say they won’t vote for Biden, now vote for him? Even if Israel doesn’t listen?

  6. They want to eliminate Hamas, what part of that is not clear? There will be no ceasefire until all hostages are returned and Hamas is no more.

    Common sense says there is zero chance their bombs haven’t killed hostages anyway.

  11. Any other country would do the same if the attack happened within their borders.

  12. Seems like an easy solution for Hamas to agree to. Hand over the hostages, or at a very minimum the bodies of the hostages so their families can give them a proper burial, and if Hamas does this there might be some sort of ceasefire.

    The ball is in your court terrorist organization Hamas.

    I think Israel should not have even a humanitarian ceasefire until all the hostages they took from Israel are released.
    If it was my country attacked I’d not stop for months

  25. Losing by winning, almost had it, had treaties with UAE, and moving towards one with Saudi Arabia, now it will be another 2 decades until that can happen again that’s 2 more decades of acremony

  26. So, how is this supposed to change things? How long is this back and forth of killing innocent civilians before those with the big guns realize that things will never change with the same approach. Until things are done differently, we will be back here again and again.

  29. Serious question, why can’t the US as its ally give an ultimatum to ceasefire and if they refuse we make it clear they will go forward on their own with no further US support? Is it just that our leadership doesn’t want them to stop?
