2. Is anyone else just realizing that Aaron Eckhart and Thomas Jane are different people?

3. Breslin is not suing. She is being sued for refusing to do scenes with Eckhart. There is paperwork she is refusing to sign and it sounds like the movie has *The Snowman* issues because of her (possibly justified) actions.

   At this point, what happened could be anywhere between “famous actor was a huge asshole on set” to “child star was an insufferable diva on set”.

4. I thought she was suing but *SHE’S THE ONE BEING SUED.* The producer claims her “hysterical” claims and refusal to be alone with Eckhart drove up production costs and hurt the image of the film. What an unbelievable bunch of bullshit. Demanding harassment free working conditions still gets you slandered and sued. Wonderful.

5. That producer always making sure to call her allegations “wild, hysterical and imaginary”

6. What does that even mean. You’re never on a set alone there’s always people around.
