An American citizen is an American citizen no matter what part of the world their family hails from, and they are guaranteed all of the protections of citizenship, which most certainly includes not being expelled from the nation based purely on one’s ethnicity.
The fact that a bunch of racists actually took time to draft this legislation from their offices in the capitol building should be grounds for sending them back to whatever shithole they came from as a private citizen barred from ever holding office again.

I finally realized that the reason life is full of so much strife and misery, why everything is so unaffordable, why we work like slaves for so little pay, and why we’re denied anything that would give us hope or make it easier and more pleasant to live in this Country, is because of REPUBLICANS. They are against anything that brings freedom, peace and joy because they absolutely hate this Country and what it stands for.
