I have a feeling it’s somebody i know but made a dummy account just to write this. Is there anyway i can track the IP address? I was blocked by the account so i cant really find it. When i searched the name, there were too many accounts but none of them matched the picture. Would be glad if somebody can help, i just wanna confirm my suspicions.

No, that’s not possible.
You can’t track the IP-address.
You can take this screenshot, and the profile link, and go to the police. Write an “Anzeige”. Police can get the data from Facebook.
