Do the House Republicans work for the U.S. people or for Putin?
In any case, this is proving to be a war of attrition anyway. If we can’t send them military equipment directly, then lets focus on building up Ukraine’s ability to produce it locally. Get them access to missile designers, rocket scientists, microelectronics engineering experts, and so on. Help them get 21st-century military technology production up and running at scale. Hopefully there are non-military funding channels that could be used to do that.
