  1. Asking for the release of the hostages in return for a ceasefire is reasonable, if only hamas could see reason.

  2. Israel has learned from Ukraine that the U.S. is all talk but no bite when declaring red lines. Instead rewards for crossing said lines.

  3. The cool thing about this, is that Hamas has the chance to show the World what good guys they are here.
    Hold your breath, we’re about to find out if Hamas just does the right thing and return the fucking 241 humans they kidnapped from their FUCKING CRIBS, raves, homes, and maybe they promise not to gang rape any more teenagers, chop arms off of children, or even bake babies anymore.
    Let’s see what they do…

  9. Israel hit back. I understand hitting back at the bully. But when is it time to nation build? They need to win hearts and minds. I understand the need to defend yourself, but the dead are piling up. This can’t go on forever.

  10. Returning hostages is an entirely reasonable request for a ceasefire.

  11. Hamas will have to release hostages first since they started this conflict. Giving into US pressure will give Hamas political points and encourage terrorists to repeat what they are doing now.

  12. I agree Israel should prioritize the rescue of hostage in exchange for a pause for more humanitarian aid. However, I don’t think Hamas would agree to release them all.

How unreasonable of a country who got attacked by a genocidal terrorist organization despite an ongoing ceasefire and who murdered over a thousand civilians in their homes to not accept a ceasefire and supplies to be shipped to the region until the hundreds of hostages taken by the terrorists are released

  20. The hostages are probably unfortunately already dead with all the bombing from Isreal.

  21. Why is there a premium placed on their lives versus the thousand of civilian that are being killed? I just watched a pile of kids dead next to AlShifa Hospital.

    I may come off as Anti-Israel, and I’m not saying hostages lives don’t matter. They obviously do, but I can’t understand the disproportionate value in Israeli lives vs Palestinian lives in the eyes of the media and Israeli Government.
