Hello my fellow Danish neighbours. Does anyone recognise this dish?

  1. I would put a dash more tomatopaste in. So many things in that dish, so the sauce can’t be white-ish.

    Also, people please fry your mushrooms on a separate pan. We want the moisture out of them before adding them to the dish.

    Cream, cremefraiche and rosemary is mandatory in my version.

  2. It looks like mørbradgryde, try out jægergryde next time. A glorius creatin which are served in shameless amounts in the army barracks and always brings a tear to my eyes

    Protip: Pan fry mushrooms hard in oil to develop caramelisation, remove moisture and avoid the soggy mouth feel.

    Protip: Pan fry cocktail pølser and bacon on low heat for 20min until golden brown and add right before serving.

    Protip remove meat from tomato sauce and use immersion blender to get a smooth and tasty sauce
