Do I need to provide a Meldebescheinigung (registration certificate) of my apartment when applying for a work visa at the Ausländerbehörde, as it’s not listed among the required documents?
PS: I have not managed appointment for Anmeldung. So, During work visa application I won”t have Anmeldung.

If it is not stated, you do not need to provide it. Unless they decide that on the day itself, in which case tough luck.
