That’s definitely st Paul and the snake but I don’t know where it was or who it was by
Opposite Lower barrakka gardens
It’s right across the entrance to Lower Barraka Gardens in Valletta, ~107 Christopher Street. Not sure who it is since there’s no plaque on the statue, but I was by there today and snapped a pic
