The 5 day verses 7 day accommodation again over emphasis that this is accommodation in my home different to the Different accommodation types available & my permission is required to stay weekends.

There is no way that person is 100% at the races, so to speak.
They also used the words ‘my’, ‘owner’ and ‘landlord’ a total of 32 times, ctrl + f tells me. Though if I am correct, in these agreements they are not legally the landlord nor is the person renting legally a tenant.
Anyway, I’m in Dublin and a home owner but I’m off to email Mr. O’Grady about his wonderful offer. To waste his time, so to speak.
Ideally, this guy wants a well funded ghost living with them.
I’d rodder live somewhere else. Ideally a place I can also spend the weekend.
