1. One of those people who actually speeds up if you’re slightly late pulling out..

2. Vehicle was breaking but it was likely a larger vehicle which are slower to stop. The person pulling out did so illegally, their path wasn’t clear and therefore were obstructing the road.

4. You could literally see cam driver started to brake the moment it became apparent pulled out car started to commit, you could also see cam car could not brake in timw probably due to weights

6. Doesn’t matter. Silver car is 100% at fault. Didn’t have right of way pulled out anyway into oncoming traffic.

7. Someone did this to me the other day and I barely managed to avoid them. I was in a van and not able to stop in time, I just managed to dodge them and the oncoming traffic. Despite slamming the brakes on, you can’t always stop straight away, especially in heavier vehicles. The people pulling out like that need to be have poonts or banned from driving, insurance and police would very likely agree.

8. This is 100% on the silver car. Where the fuck was he pulling out to because there was no space on the other side of the road either.
