It takes truly horrible individuals to do this to an animal. The law really needs to clamp down on this.

The horse was probably not quite so lucky
Nobody uses a sulky to get from A to B. They are on them for training and exercising the horse which is something that should be done on a private track and not a public road.
They should either be banned from the road or licensed, registered and insured.
Genuine could be anyone in Limerick. Must ring my brother, see if he’s alright
I’m sure the owners are heartbroken for their beloved animal
Hope the horse and the car driver are okay.
