Dear Fellow Lux Residents,
Got a couple of messages from a very official looking SMS Short Code. Clicked through to see an equally official looking site. But some things were off. Like the fact that they had to send 2 SMSes (they missed “my” in the first message). However the clincher for me was the fact that the site did not link to any official Lux website.
Must say this is the most sophisticated phishing attempt I have seen in Lux. Also have an observed an increased frequency in the attempts (prolly the scammers are feeling the pinch of the Cost of Living crisis).
Be safe people. And do share this with others as well. Fk the scammers.
