It would be nice to get the information as an open book, instead of each side calling each other out through new articles. The general public knows nothing other than these parties just slamming each other and crossing their arms..
Show us the deal and we’ll determine what’s fair, not the “CEO’s” telling us what’s fair. They can all go kick rocks

The Guild did *not* call the contract historic. It’s a studio buzzword and this is an editorialized title. The title of the article is “SAG-AFTRA “Reviewing” Studios’ “Last, Best, And Final Offer” After Expanded CEO Meeting Today.”
All we know is that they negotiated, the studio countered, and they’re calling their latest offer last, best, and final. This can be yet another tactic to pressure, or it can simply mean that they’re already done bargaining and this is the edited agreement. We saw the same thing over the WGA strike’s final few days.
