Looking at a property it was never fully finished. No kitchen plumbing ect ever done but person was living in the property not sure if it was listed as primary address and has now realised they can not finish off the house.
Is it possible to go for first time buyer as house was never fully finished or has the fact some has lived there completely removed the chances of that. Has b3 rating in its current state.
In order of pictures is ground floor, kitchen, utility, dining room, hallway, sitting room, stairs, w/c.
Was built around 2007/2008.

Think it has something to do with being connected to the grid, but I’m not sure.
Jesus, dude, honestly, that’s fucking grim.
Ya sure you’d want to take that on?
I’ve no actual answer, sorry, but wanted to ask you to check your sanity.
Best of luck with it if you do take it on of course.
In fairness, I’ve seen more done/finished nicely with less work completed than this has. So it’s not mission impossible.
Has it been lived in recently? If there’s no plumbing it could be eligible for the vacant home grant if it has been empty for over 2 years if it also meets the other requirements. One of those other requirements is the house has to have been built before 2008

Is that a basement?
Run.
That’s bad. If you have a decent bit of money you get it turned around in a year or two though.
That’s a whole can of worms you don’t want to open. On so many levels.
It’s not too bad if you ask me. The wiring is done, might get it tested and a new consumer unit to modern regulations. Plumbing isn’t a big deal at all and it allows you to position rads where you see fit before putting floors down. I’d worry about damage sustained while being lived in but otherwise it’s a decent find if you can do plumbing and lay floors yourself. This wouldn’t worry me at all once the roof and walls are sound. What’s the ground like outside, is it a damp spot?
The stairs look inadequate, and possibly falling apart so would likely have to be done again. Can’t tell for sure, but they may be too steep and seems there’s tight clearance going around that corner.
Ye might want to get an engineer to take a look at that just a bit of subsidence. And some signes of water ingress….
Banks can be a bit iffy on non-complete builds, but if you go through a broker and show the ability to repay any works needed it should be fine.
You probably won’t be eligible for any grants though that’s the only thing, unless it’s been declared vacant
You should get it for 25% the asking price
