I’m wondering if anyone can give me some information on this cool Steinkrug I found at the thrift store. It has the Original Gerzit stamp on the bottom and “handgemalt” stamped aswell, and can see it is hand painted but can’t seem to find the model number online. Apparently Gerz changed to Gerzit in the 1960s but the lid has DBGM and DRM stamped on the inside dating it 1891-1945. So guessing the lid and stein were not originally together? Really nice find if it’s legit, Any information would be much appreciated.
