He bullied a poll worker and illegally tried to force her to turn over election data. That’s the crime. His belief doesn’t justify breaking the law. If he wanted the data, he could have filed a lawsuit to obtain the data.
They should be immediately sanctioned and disbarred. There is no room for these types of clowns in the legal profession.
