Utterly St Scary.
We’ve got ours in Hatherleigh next weekend. It’s slightly different as there are 3 large barrels dragged through the town on a sled rather than carried.
Is this cosplay Donkey Kong?
I remember going there once, trying to hit one of the barrels for luck whilst being absolutely mullered away by the barrel Marshalls. Happy days
Used to go 30 or so years ago. It was immense fun but I generally got a ‘fuck off out our village’ last time we went in 2014 or so.
Mind you, it was so busy it was like being on one of the bridges at Glastonbury at changeover time on Saturday night lol. Proper crush.
Always wanted to, but Bridgy Carnival is the same night and I loves it 🎉
