This is the thing I am most concerned of regarding TikTok. Just imagine how easily China can shift the opinion of a whole generation of people who has no idea what proper journalism is. TikTok shapes the FIRST public opinion , and can maintain it later on. Imagine a scenario where China opens an attack on Taiwan and simultaneously TikTok shows everyone fake news videos that Taiwan opened fire first
