He went for a coffee.

First he left the baby on the left side, just out there. I was walking around for 5-10 minutes and the baby was moved next to the door, still outside.

Not visible in the photo but I actually saw the baby, waving tiny arms and probably wondering where the hell the dad has gone.

  1. This is very standard in scandi countries, so possibly a bit of a clueless Dane?

Also, as a man, no harm no foul 😉

  2. I’ve seen this before near where I live. Parents went in to buy a coffee and left the baby in the pram outside.

  3. My brother lives in Denmark with his wife and routinely leaves my niece to nap outside

  4. Nice. Baby’s fine. Should be regarded as good parenting.

  5. I wish I could live in a world where that happened regularly rather than someone calling the police or posting a picture of it on line when it did.

  6. This comment section is insane wdym this is fine and good parenting?😭

  7. This seems insane to me, but the comments on here claim it’s totally normal, so maybe I’m crazy.

Im thinking kidnapping, baby crying and not hearing, the building scaffolding hazard not too far away. And a million other things haha

  8. We used to do this all Of the time. Not saying it’s right but often I would go to the shops as a child and see a baby in a pushchair/pram or a dog tied up

  9. The Dane’s do this, it’s supposed to have beneficial properties. I wouldn’t go against the danish way of doing things, they’re all freakishly tall and handsome.
