In pretty sure the Russian propagandists would be spilling footage of it all over telegram if this was true.
They don’t even hide their boats burning. And why would you need unnamed sources for this report. It seems to me you would want this info out to put pressure for nato planes.

Russias air superiority has been growing and is possibly the biggest threat to Ukraine. Ukraine NEEDS those F16s ASAP, probably the only manoeuvrable platform sophisticated enough to keep these next gen fighters at bay
