Hello,I am thinking about buying my first car and I have my eyes on [this second-hand 2006 Mazda 3](https://autosi.fi/vaihtoautot/5/JGJ-960).It seems to be in great condition for an alright price, I got the background check on the car and it seems to have had 2 owners and is at the moment “deregistered” and cannot be driven which I assume just means that it’s owned by a shop and not by a person, but if I bought it then it would go back to normal? It also failed an inspection once but a few days later it passed okay. The next yearly inspection is also due soon in December. The dealership (Autosi) has some really nasty reviews on Google though. What do you think, can I safely buy this car, or what should I keep an eye out for? Thanks so much in advance!
