Crimea is a good 10%+ of that and has been occupied for years along with another 4 or 5%. Russia hasn’t been able to do shit now with Wagner gone for gains other than sending young and old men into the sunflower factory. Russian incompetence at its best.
Russia has lost this war. Saying they control land, while every one of their collaborators in it has the chance of dying evey day, well, that’s not control.

Russia now controls 40% of the artillery barrels and mechanized equipment it controlled in February 2022, and that number is shrinking by 1000 artillery barrels each month.
Once that number gets very low, Russia starts controlling a less than 100% amount of the 11 time zones it controls today.
