Does anyone know how the new process works after you make a noise complaint to the council? Specifically north lanarkshire?
Im making an anonymous complaint about my neighbours dog and guest dogs she invites over.
I saw that they can go to court due to this but shes a carer to a young disabled girl. I dont see going to court as fair to the little girl but im at my wits end.
Her guests laugh at me getting angry at the barking. What they dont know is i have a condition that causes horrible symptoms. After an episode I HAVE to sleep it off or it will keep happening. Its dangerous for that to happen.
I think if my neighbour goes to court she’ll make my cats life hell since she sits on our shared fence. My cat is everything and im so worried.
Any stories similar to mine or breakdown on the process would be so appreciated 😭
And no talking hasnt helped it has made some days worse.
