We don’t know what we can’t see. If the russians are admitting it was hit, then it’s probably pretty bad. Either way, the russians are seeing that none of its ships are safe, and there is nothing they can do about it. Which in itself is a big victory. The further away these ships are, the harder it is to send missiles against Ukraine. The easier it is to strike Crimea. Ukraine may not be advancing, but they are inflicting heavy wounds on the enemy, and they are creating the conditions for such an advancement. They have taken out several high dollar items of the russians that can’t be replaced any time soon. It’s also opening holes in their defenses, making them that much more vulnerable.
