Why are scooters being used by under 16s any different to bikes from a road safety perspective? (genuine question)
It seems an awful pity to be banning something which I see a lot of kids using, particularly if it means parents will be back to driving them to school.
Is it just 15 year olds he’s banning? Or?
Yes, because it illegal for kids to be driving around on scramblers also. How is that working out with enforcement to stop it?
