Hi everyone. I work at a Dutch television production company in Amsterdam called Witte Geit (hence my username ;)). We’re currently working on the sixth season of a documentary series called ‘Nocturnal Animals’ (Nachtdieren in Dutch) for Dutch public broadcaster NPO3. In this series we portray the people that can’t, won’t, or don’t want to go to sleep. Whatever someone’s reason is to stay up at night: 9 times out of 10 it always has a fun, endearing, sad, or moving story behind it.
This season we will go abroad for the first time so together with our host Raven van Dorst (they/them) we will roam the streets of London early December. This is why we’re looking for the true night owls of London. Maybe you’re a night owl yourself, maybe you know people that fit the bill or perhaps you have another lead to an interesting story.
