We had two clone dogs at the vet where I used to work. The guy said it cost like $250,000 for the two dogs back in 2014ish.
It was interesting to look through their medical records and see the exact same issues popping up at the exact same ages. I know it feels kinda obvious that’s what would happen, but still interesting to see.
People who think that they are so unique and special that they should be exactly copied. Kind of twisted “logic”, isn’t it?
Between this and the reconstructed old timey shopping mall in her basement, maybe she needs to let go?
Every time I hear anything about Barbara Streisand, I’m reminded of a story one of my high school teachers told us. He said he and his family were at a Las Vegas casino and all of a sudden there was a commotion of people and cameras. It was Barbara Streisand surrounded by security who were yelling, “Don’t look at Miss Streisand! Don’t look at Miss Streisand!” It makes me chuckle every time.
She could have saved a lot of money by just getting another purebred dog.
I was hoping the original dog was named Pete. Then the 2nd one named RePete. Then the 3rd ThreePete.
