Hello! I’m trying to understand what the annual tuition is for bachelor programs (in Slovak language and for foreign students). There are three options in this table, but I’m not sure which is the right one. Thanks for your help!

  1. 1. stupen = Bachelors
    2. stupen = Masters
    3. stupen = PhD

a, = you pay x amount of money depending on which part are you (Bacherlos, Masters, PhD) if you have to prolong your study.. e.g. you fail one course and you have to take it again next year, therefore instead of graduating in 3 years, you will graduate bachelors in 4 years and you have to pay 1 100 euros extra.

c, = same as option a, but in foreign language

b, is confusing me, so I can’t say what they mean by that for sure ? maybe if you study multiple programs at once

  2. You don’t pay anything if you study in Slovak and don’t surpass the standard length (3 years for BA, 2 years for MA). The fees that you found are yearly fees for:

    a) surpassing the standard length.

    b) studying for 2 degrees simultaneously.

    c) studying in a language other than Slovak.

  3. Thanks for your prompt replies! Are there online academies where I could prepare for the entrance exam for “informačné a sieťové technologie” at Žilinská univerzita? Or resources I could use?
