  1. There needs to be disgorgement, not just a fine. I’m pretty confident there will be at this point. I hope it’s absolutely catastrophic for him.

  2. I’ve never been on trial, but I know better than to piss off the judge if I’m the person on trial. His lawyers don’t seem aware of this fact of basic common sense either.

  3. > “Mr. Kise, can you control your client?” Engoron asked one of Trump’s attorneys. “This is not a political rally.”

    > Kise responded later: “You’re in control of the courtroom, not me.”

Wow. These guys just **love** saying the quiet part outloud. Here I was thinking people had their tinfoil hats on too tight theorizing that Trump WANTED to be censured or imprisoned for political clout. I just figured Hanlons razor, Trump simply couldn’t control himself and people were reading too much “3D chess” strategy into it, as always seems to happen with him.

But Kise saying that…he’s literally telling Engoron to use consequences to control Trump. They want him to do it!! Gotta admit, its looking like I was wrong on this one, and my apologies to anyone I disagreed with when they said Team Trump *wanted* consequences. I think you’re right.

  4. “Both high and low”

Like that makes it ok and even out in the end.

    Holy shit.

  5. These cult following attorney’s Trump has, are selling their careers cheap to this swindler, they may find themselves in a bottom of the barrel condition, which will be befitting, their acts to protect this barbarian Trump.

From the pictures of Trump… he’s close to the edge… a stroke or some medical condition could befall him at any time, and he will have brought it upon himself. No one but his cult follower will be sad about it.

He should have kept his unamerican criminal malice minded wanna be tyrant ass out of politics. He thinks his little money, can make him able to stand against an entire country. T*hat is the level and magnitude of his self gloating stupidity of vain obsessions.* He and the stupidity of claiming himself a stable genius should have told the entire world what kind of nut case he is.

It’s time America vote out the Republican Ranks… For backing and supporting this buffoon and their complicit madness in the whole ordeal.

  6. >NYAG’s counsel confronts Trump with the deed stating that “the Club and Trump intend to forever extinguish their right to develop or use the Property for any purpose other than club use.”

Trump parses: “‘Intend’ doesn’t mean we will do it.”

Just admitting that they sign things with no intention of actually following the agreement, law or literally anything else. 🤣

  7. Trumps like the Bible: you can read whatever message you want out of that nonsense.

  8. He’s turning the whole hearing into a shambolic mess with all his verbal rubbish and idiotic rhetoric. I’m guessing it’s making Judge Tanya Chutkan’s decision about whether or not to allow cameras in her courtroom an easier decision to make.

  9. He claims his home is worth at least 50-100 times the $18MM valuation (or $900,000,000 to $1,800,000,000). Only a madman would claim something like that.

  10. I’ve seen enough Judge Judy episodes to know that pissing off the judge is no bueno

  11. It does not matter. The Media are going to declare him innocent of all charges, just like they are going to declare him president before the elections even happen.

  12. I wonder if his RICO co-conspirators might be thinking about plea deals a little more after this performance.

He’s going to completely crumble in a criminal trial.

  13. When he was fined for defrauding the Trump University people he only had to pay back HALF of what he took. It should have been DOUBLE what he took.

  14. The only courtrooms his lawyers have ever seen were on Law and Order.

  15. ELI5…can his testimony in this case be used in other cases?

  16. Please explain to me, because I really really want to know. Why do you think anything will happen to Trump? In the last, what is it 7 years, he is said and done things that would put an ordinary person in jail, or be shunned by the rest of the nation. He has embezzled from his own charity. He’s been found guilty of sexual assault. He hass broke every gag order, threatened judges, put dog whistle threats on anyone he doesn’t agree with. And still he walks around running his mouth.

Oh but this time they’re going to bring the hammer down on him. How many times have we heard that before? I hope I’m wrong, but history says I’m not.
I will vote and legally do what I can to make sure he will never be a power in the nation again.

    But once again.

Please explain to me, because I really really want to know. Why do you think anything will happen to Trump?

Edit. If he does go to jail for a short time (under a month) that will just make him a. Martyr in the MAGA movement. Then he’ll probably write a book about it called “My Struggle”

  17. Lol, look at poor Donny’s face. He just wants to go home now

  18. I was initially disappointed that the prosecution was ‘civil,’ not thinking that this one will really hurt Trump

  19. Who cares? Trump is ahead of Biden in the polls. We are a lost nation.
